Donations Our Foundation accepts gifts from individuals, companies, foundations, clubs and organizations. All donations are tax deductible as provided in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The funds raised by the Foundation through the generosity of out donors do not replace the LibraryÕs core funding, but rather enhance the special programs and services that they can provide. With tax caps, diminishing state and federal funds, and increasing costs of materials and supplies, outside library support is now more important than ever.
