The American Academy of Pediatrics and the U. S. Public Health Service requires all students enrolling for the 2005-06 school year to have the following immunizations:

• 2 doses measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) vaccine
• 4 doses diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus (DPT) vaccine
• 4 doses oral polio vaccine
• 3 doses hepatitis B vaccine
• 1 dose varicella vaccine for ages 3 – Grade 1
