I'm Normal

The piece of writing on this page was part of an assignment where the students had to choose five of their spelling words and create a connected piece of writing. The students were also given a time limit of ten minutes.

My family is a normal family, I guess. My mom is a nurse in the hospital, and I get to help her give people medicine. My dad, he's a dentist. Yep, he put a crown on my teeth, and it hurt my gums...talk about painful!

My brother is okay. Aaron is sometimes nice to me, and sometimes he's not so nice. Now my sister is awesome. She is my twin. Her name is Jenny.

So...is my family normal?
