A ghost who had lost his head

Got up on the wrong side of bed.

He had to go haunting

But his head he was wanting

So he took his friend's head instead.

Tonight, when the last light is gone

And you're almost too sleepy to yawn

Put your ear to the wall

And you'll hear the Thing crawl,

But don't cry; it leaves before dawn.

A vampire who rarely vacations

Planned to visit a number of nations.

When told with regrets

That he couldn't bring pets,

He replied, "But my bats are relations!"

Animals in the air.

In your hair, everywhere.

Except for one place,

And that's in your face.
